Is what possible? Judging by the board name, I am guessing trading money.

Although I do not know of any ways that would work, (well, I know one that would work in theory) I do still think this is possible.

Yes, this board needs to be removed.

I'd say the black market needs to go considering the only thing left is accounts for real life money which is not something I do.

It's honestly amazing the game isn't dead yet. World of Warcraft has been successfully assimilating the ex-Runescape population (for good reason - it's a way better game with far deeper features).

Runescape is dieing with every "improvement" jagex makes...
The wilderness change was really bad and got many players to stop playing runescape.
The 3k limit got many GP sellers to sell some other game currency...

Fractions:

2/10 people stopped playing runescape because the wildy change.
1/10 GP Sellers-- Gone
1/10 Scar scripters-- Gone because there is no point for them to scar script.

About every other account people trade is banned.
Before the 3k limit I drop traded a rune axe... Both accounts got banned.

I bet the next "improvement" will really "improve" the game...

You can actually hack...
It's multiplayer...

Many runescape players are moving to that game.
So the community is about the same.

I would, except it would involve me forking out an extra £20 per month, which I can't afford at the moment (too much booze, lol). I heard there are some private servers which are identical to the real thing, and you just need the official client to play them.

I might buy a month of WoW, and then just use the client to connect to a free private server.

You can get the client for free.

Just download the WoW trial client (it's fully featured) and then edit the realmlist.wtf file (yes, stop laughing, WoW datafiles have a .wtf extension) to the private server of your choice.
